Hi, I'm Yash

I get people to give a damn.

I've spent the last 2.5 years figuring out how to get people on the internet to care about brands. Now I'd like to do that at Gravia.

Content, creator partnerships, growth experiments. Your post sounds like work I'd want to get my hands into.

01 / How I work

I'm a generalist.
I get into things.

Reddit was completely new to me. I learned the audience, kept testing and figured out how to earn attention. The numbers above came from that.

At a four-person agency, the founder relied on me for outreach, client communication, proposals and strategy. I also managed two teammates. Whatever needed doing usually found its way to me.

I learn fast, take ownership, and figure things out without needing someone to hold my hand.

CONTENT & CREATORS

I can make it, brief it and get it out.

I've worked on social media, creator outreach and creator management, including briefs, reviews and performance feedback. I've also done freelance graphic design. I'm a beginner at video editing too.

UNFAMILIAR PROBLEMS

Give me context. I'll go deep.

I went from learning Reddit to working on AEO/GEO: buyer questions, content, citation research and brand websites. Different problems, same habit of getting close enough to figure them out.

02 / The work is probably the best proof

Attention has
to be earned.

A few pieces from the Reddit work. The point is the audience, the hook and the conversation it gets going.

THERE'S MORE THAN REDDIT

I like making things too.

I've done freelance graphic design and worked on college magazines. I'm also building a consumer astrology app with AI help. I write the product briefs and work through the decisions. I'm semi-technical, not pretending to be a developer.

And I've owned work away from a screen: as TEDxVBIT's licensee and main organiser, I had to get the people and moving parts to come together.

03 / What I'd do at Gravia

Get close.
Then get going.

Gravia is building an intelligence layer for prediction markets. I'd want to understand who it's most useful for, what gets them to try it, and what makes them come back.

I won't walk in pretending I already know the answer. This is where I'd start.

WEEK 01

Talk to the people using it.

Read the existing content, talk to users and work through the signup journey with the team.

Leave behind: a short map of the audience, their questions and the first bottleneck to test.
WEEKS 02–03

Own one experiment.

Pick a content angle or creator collaboration from what we learn. Write the brief, handle the follow-through and ship it.

Leave behind: one live experiment with a clear way to track what happened after the click.
WEEK 04

Show what actually moved.

Look at the response and the signup or activation data we can measure. Be honest about what worked and what didn't.

Leave behind: the results, the misses and what I'd try next.
RAKSHIT & THE GRAVIA TEAM

What would you
hand me first?

Content, distribution, a messy growth problem.
I'd love to talk about what needs doing.
